Wat je in ieder geval wilt is dat de tijd die je aan een potentiële klant besteedt ook echt iets oplevert, toch? Tijdens deze praktische masterclass van 2 1/2 uur komt  de theorie achter goede klantgesprekken aan de orde en ga je daarna praktisch aan de slag met het ontwikkelen van jouw eigen klantstrategie. We zijn met een groep van circa 10 personen. Dirk Heuff is een Rotterdamse bedrijfskundige die in zijn bedrijf LegalBizDev.nl advocaten en notarissen adviseert en assisteert met hun business development. Zuidas of eenpitter, Dirk analyseert en activeert door middel van lezingen, workshops en trainingen maar ook in 1-op-1 coaching.

Onder druk van factoren als de concurrentie, de kritische consument en de onder druk staande tarieven is er in de Nederlandse advocatuur de gedachte dat het anders moet en beter kan. Dirk besloot om het denken te doorbreken en het eerste Nederlandstalige Handboek Business Development voor Advocaten en Notarissen te schrijven. Het is bedoeld voor advocaten en notarissen die echt werk willen maken van hun relatieontwikkeling, cliëntenbenadering en omzetontwikkeling en hiermee met de eerste stappen concreet aan de slag kunnen.
